I attended UT law school and moved to Colorado in 1987. I lived in Denver for a few years, but then moved to the rural western slope of Colorado. I live and work in Delta, which is a rural area. I served as county judge from 2001 to 2018. I retired in 2018 and now run a mediation business on a part-time basis. My husband, Mark, is an accountant. Our son, Brandon, has been homeschooled for the last 5 years and will graduate this year. In the Fall, he will be studying mechanical engineering and playing Division II tennis at Colorado Mesa University.
